Our Own Quilts
The quilts pictured below were made for our own use or as gifts for family members.
Of course, family quilts get everyone involved: even the webmaster gets his fingers pried off the keyboard from time to time and put to work hand-stitching binding.

This full/twin quilt is an adaptation of "Mocha Java," a Joy Hoffman design featured in the April 2003 issue of American Patchwork and Quilting magazine. This version features many more different fabrics than the original, totalling 27 in all, including the backing. This was pieced by Larye, his first quilt, and machine quilted by Judy. It goes to our youngest son. |
