| What Our Clients Are Piecing
The quilts pictured below are client quilts, with the most recently
completed ones first. Click here
for more about the above appliqued quilt.
Quilts keep the same
index numbers when new quilts are added. This means the you can
find your quilt quickly no matter how long ago it was quilted: once
you find your quilt in the gallery, click on the picture, then you can
bookmark that page (Add to Favorites in Microsoft Internet
Explorer) or email a link to the page so your family and friends will
be able to go directly to your quilt. Quilt pictures stay in the
gallery as long as we have space to hold them.
Or, if you click on the links below in
each description, you can display
only quilts pieced by the same client. If you know the
client number, you can use the client selection form in the sidebar at
left to show only your own quilts (or those of a friend or family
member).

| Moon Glow, a Jinny Beyer block-of-the-month
kit introduced in 2000. Each of the Mariner's Compass blocks in this
quilt represents one of the Mare or "seas" on the moon. The
central quilting motif chosen for this quilt is the circle and arc in
the borders and "glow" blocks. The Mariner's Compass blocks are
stippled in the background, with ribbons running through the compass
points. An ivy leaf motif runs through the sashing. This view shows
16 of the 25 blocks in the whole quilt. Quilted May 6,
2002. Third Place Viewer's Choice, Paper Pieced in Whole or in
Part category, Missoula Quilter's Guild "Stars Across
America Quilt Show 2002."

Starry Night, from the Leisure
Arts book, Scrap Quilts. This was a challenge to quilt: it
has stylized birds in the darker background and baptist fan patterns
in the lighter-shaded background. An eight-pointed star connects the
corners of the center square. Quilted April 15,
2002.

Detail of Starry Night, above. Is it
a bird or an angel? Are the fans clouds or celestial spheres? It's
up to the viewer to decide. Some
of the fans complete the circles, and all are "behind" the stars. Customer comment: "The quilts are wonderful! You go
beyond the call of duty. The design you quilted on the star quilt is
so creative. And the thread colors are just right."
